Lisa Finnerty Coggi

Lisa Finnerty Coggi is the Director of SUPAC. Her experience ranges from working with parents and local school districts to working with a federally funded PTIC and has trained as a Sibshops Facilitator. Lisa's true understanding of and experience with advocacy came after the birth of her two children, one of whom has disabilities, and she strongly believes in meaningful parent involvement and inclusive education for academic and social success.

Thomas Bull

Thomas Bull is the Mid-States Regional Field Facilitator for the NYS S3TAIR project. He has taught for 20 years in the Liverpool Central School District as a member of inclusive teams in grades K-6. His research focuses on working with teachers and parents in facilitating the creation of inclusive school programs as well as inclusive school reform.

Jennifer Russo

Jennifer Russo is the Director of Marketing and Assistant to the Dean at the SU School of Education. She has served on the boards of several local organizations dedicated to the advocacy for and education of persons with disabilities and their families. She has two young sons with disabilities and has shared her experiences as a parent and advocate through writing, presenting, and public testimony.

Dr. Julie Causton-Theoharis

Julie Causton-Theoharis, Ph.D. is a Professor in the Inclusive Education Program at Syracuse University. She teaches courses on inclusion, differentiation, adaptations and collaboration. She has published numerous books and articles about quality inclusive schooling. Julie also works as an educational consultant in school districts nationwide.
